One-Time Code for New Users
Where to locate the one-time code we send to your email when signing up for DirectHub
When you are signing up for DirectHub, we will ask you for your email address. We will then send that email address a one-time code. This code should appear in your inbox of the email you just used.
If it doesn't appear, try looking in your Spam/Junk folder or any Categories folders (specific to Gmail).
If you still cannot locate it, please reach out to our Support team for further assistance.
