Installing Conversation AI

Once you have purchased Conversations AI, you will receive a welcome email to setup a username and password for our Conversations AI application, Leads. Within this application, you will find the code you need to install on your website in order for Conversations AI to appear. 

1. Log in to DirectHub.
2. Click Leads in the top navigation bar. 

3. If you have already signed up to our Leads Application, enter your email address and password and click "Sign In" button.

4. Once logged into our Leads platform, click AI on the left-hand side menu. 
5. Click AI Workforce.
6. Click Configure under "Chat Receptionist".

7. Under "Channels", find and click Settings next to your business name.

9. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to the "Floating Chatbot Widget" section. There, you can find the correct code based on who hosts/manages your website content. For example, WordPress, GoDaddy, or even a snippet to add to your Google Tag Manager! Once you have found one that best works for you, click Copy. 
10. Just above the code, click the link Read detailed instructions to follow a guide on how to add the code to your website.
