      How to Grant Google Business Profile (GBP) Access in DirectHub

      DirectHub offers a seamless way to manage your Google Business Profile (GBP) by allowing you to grant access to your profiles. Follow these step-by-step instructions to ensure your team or agency has the necessary access to manage your business listings effectively.

      Step 1: Sign In to Your Google Account

      1. Navigate to Google: Go to https://www.google.com/.
      2. Sign In: Click “Sign in” in the upper right corner. Enter your email address and password, or select the account you use to manage your business profile.

      Step 2: Access Your Business Profile

      1. Select Business Profile: Once logged in, click the nine-dot grid icon next to your profile image and choose “Business Profile”.
      2. Choose Your Location: If you manage multiple locations, select the one you wish to grant access to. If you manage only one location, you will be automatically redirected to Google Search.

      Step 3: Grant Access

      1. Access Business Profile Settings: With your location visible in Google Search, click the three dots next to “Your Business on Google” and select “Business Profile Settings”.
      2. Add a Manager:
        • Click on the “Managers” option.
        • Click “+Add”.
        • Enter the group's ID in the email address field and select your agency’s name when it appears.
        • Set the role to “Owner”.
        • Click “Invite” in the bottom right corner.

      • Role Selection: Granting "Owner" access allows full control over the GBP, including the ability to manage users and settings.
      • Email Address: Ensure you enter the correct email address to avoid delays in the access grant process.
