How do I create a DirectHub Business Profile?

Set up your business within DirectHub

When you are getting ready to make your first purchase, we will ask you to input your business information This is a simple process that helps us understand your business and tailor our services to your needs. Here's what you'll need to provide:

  1. Business Name: Enter the name of your business. This will be used to identify your account and personalize your experience.

  2. Business Website: Provide the URL of your business's website. This helps us understand your online presence and better assist you with our services. No website, no problem? Just check the box next to "I don't have a business website."

  3. Business Industry. Select the industry that best describe your business. This information helps us provide relevant insights and recommendations. This information is optional.

Updating Your Business Profile

If you need to make changes to your business profile at any time, you can easily do so. Here's how:

  1. Access Your Profile:

    • Click on your user icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
    • Select "My Business" from the dropdown menu.

  2. Edit Your Information:

    • From the "Business profile" section, you can update your business name, website, and industry.
    • Make sure to save your changes before exiting.
